This charmeuse satin has a delustered finish, creating a gorgeous subtle sheen with smooth feel on one side of the fabric, with the other side of the fabric having a more matte finish. This delustered charmeuse satin is a light weight fabric with a slight stretch along the weft that is semi-opaque as darker colours can be seen through this fabric, especially as it is a lighter colour fabric. Due to this, a lining may be desired for apparel applications.
