This is printed polyester fabric with a bright blue look. This is a woven polyester fabric, that has been printed on the face, so the back of this fabric is still white. This polyester has some stretch along the warp, and a very slight amount along the weft too. This polyester fabric is relatively mid-weight for this type of polyester fabric, with great drape and fall. This stretch polyester has a twill weave look, and matte finish. This fabric is semi-opaque, and a lining may be desired for some uses. When stretched, a little of the white base does show trough.
